Victoria Martin is a Recruitment Consultant within our Government Practice supporting clients across operation, clinical and regional appointments.
Victoria joins the Orchard Talent Group to partner with state and federal agencies to deliver efficient workforce solutions in critical human services roles. She is dedicated to creating long-term consultative relationships with our clients that focus on the needs and wants of both parties throughout the recruitment process.
Throughout her career, Victoria has had the opportunity to collaborate with an extensive range of government, private and NFP organisations. She is known for her ability to gain a deep understanding of client needs to deliver tailored, creative and successful outcomes for both our clients and the candidates.
Victoria holds a Bachelor of Business and Diploma of Accounting. She is currently completing a Diploma of Management & Leadership.
