We're currently seeking an energetic and driven individual to join our team on a part-time basis as a Candidate Manager. Working in close collaboration with our Senior Recruitment Consultant and Associate Director, the Candidate Manager will play an important role in delivering on key projects by identifying, engaging and attracting potential candidates for our client cohort and collating trends, insights and market data.
This is an temporary part-time position, with potential for the right person to join the team full-time.
This role would suit recent graduates (or those in their penultimate year) with an HR, Public Health, Human Services or Legal background. This is an ideal role for those looking to complement their studies and begin developing their professional career.
You will be an energetic team player with a curious mind with great verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, you will have the ability to manage competing priorities to deliver on key project milestones. As a person-centric business, you will have an excellent phone manner and a willingness to engage with stakeholders at various levels (from Registered Nurses through to senior leaders).
