As a registered NDIS provider offering accommodation, community participation, supported employment and support coordination services in Greater Sydney and in Northern Rivers regions in NSW. The Pathways team are the first point of contact for people with a disability, their careers and other service providers. This position is imperative in developing effective working relationships in order to provide an excellent experience throughout the stakeholder's journey with us.
The purpose of this position is to ensure effective NDIS planning is in place for all new customers, whilst supporting existing clients to engage with the NDIS processes, assessing client requirements to establish a referral pathway to relevant services.
Reporting into the General Manager of Sales and working closely with service delivery teams to ensure we are achieving outcomes for participants and company more broadly.
Seeking a passion, energetic and person-centred individual. You will provide exceptional customer service, needs assessments, service matching and solution sales in order to provide quality outcomes for people with a disability and their families
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience working autonomously and with limited guidance and direction at times;
- Advanced interpersonal communication skills including negotiation and the preparation of written and verbal reports; and
