Working closely with the Facility Manager and Marketing Manager, this individual will act as the face of the community and play a pivotal role in driving the facility's occupancy.
We are seeking an empathetic and engaging individual to take responsibility for driving admissions through strategic community outreach and engagement. This will involve working closely with the General Manager and Marketing team to drive activity for the site through events, programs and direct outreach. Key stakeholders will include: new clients and medical and allied health professionals within the local catchment.
The successful individual will possess a strong financial acumen with the ability to build and develop relationships. This individual will enjoy working in a team environment, solving problems in a pragmatic manner and be community minded.
The ideal applicant will possess the following:
- Experience in a sales, client services, or customer relationship role within healthcare or real estate desired
- Exposure working in an aged care, community care, hospital or care-centric business setting
- An understanding of residential aged care funding and legislation desired, but not essential
