We are seeking passionate and driven individuals with varying seniority levels, from graduates to experienced Allied Health Professionals to join a rapidly growing business.
You will be part of a diverse multidisciplinary team to work with people who have sustained a physical or psychological injury. Success in the role will see you will be assessing client needs, developing rehabilitation programs and implementing strategies so that they can entertain a safe return to their employment.
Central services will assisting include early intervention and workplace rehabilitation services (and other similar services) to assist injured individuals return to work with their pre-injury employer.
The person will require:
- Degree qualified Allied Health professional in any of the specified disciplines with current clinical skills
- A holder of current general AHPRA/ESSA Registration (EP's must be recognised by SIRA to be able to perform FCE's & WPA's)
- A current fully licensed driver
- Able to clinically reason and strategically plan RTW and/or clinical outcomes
