Working with one of the largest aged care providers in NSW, we are seeking an Assistant Facility Manager to lead the clinical application for this facility. Offering ageing in place, this facility provides a mix of high and low care, and presents as an exciting opportunity to make a mark through excellent operational management.

The Role

Responsible for quality care across the facility, this candidate will have a successful track record leading and developing a service delivery team. With sound knowledge on ACFI, accreditation, and clinical governance, this role will be well suited to an accomplished Care Manager or Deputy Manager looking to lead the clinical application of a facility.

The Candidate

• Current AHRPA nurse registration
• A minimum of three years' experience in a leadership/management role within aged care
• Strong ACFI and Aged Care Accreditation Standards knowledge
• Demonstrated clinical governance experience
