Our Corporate Services practice works horizontally across our Aged Care, Disability & Social Services, and Mental Health practices.

We're currently seeking an experienced recruiter to lead our Corporate Services practice to elevate our offering further in the market. With a well-established inbound practice already in existence, a key mandate of this position will be to grow the practice further through both original origination and great account management.
Working in close collaboration with our other practices, the Associate Director Corporate Services will bring generalist expterise across functional areas including Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, IT and Property. A a senior leader within the business, this role will lead and mentor a support team below to achieve both invidual and group goals.
Joining a high performaing team, our organisation already has two individuals billing more than a million dollars.
The successful candidate will bring a demonstrated track record of origination and growth within a senior recruitment role managing a budget. In addition, you will have a history of regularly conversion with executive leaders. Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be a generalist across a breadth of corporate functional roles. With a great culture in place, you will have the ability to work both independently and within a team, providing leadership to more junior colleagues.
This experience may have been gained in either a contingent or retained environment or working within a specific corporate function currently.
