Job Description
Working with one of the ACTs leading and reputable providers, this is an opportunity to join the clinical management team as the 2IC for this site. With great clinical support in place the Care Manager will be responsible for the day to day delivery of innovative, high quality aged care services to residents.
The Role
Working underneath an experienced Facility Manager, the Care Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely compliance with care standards and regulatory obligations, accreditation expected outcomes, satisfaction of residents and their families. This position will liaise closely with other members of the senior management team to ensure the administrative, hospitality and other support functions are effective and meet the needs of residents and their families.
As the Care Manager, you will foster relationships with the external service networks and the local community.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have;
- Aged Care experience within similar role duties.
- Extensive knowledge of aged care co-morbidities and dementia residents.
- Experience orchestrating clinical care service deliveries.
- Effective communication and evidenced leadership credentials.
- Desire to learn and grow within role.
