The Opportunity
Due to business growth Key Assets is seeking a Chief of People & Culture to join the executive team. Leading a diverse People and Culture function, the Chief of People & Culture will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operations Officer to drive the strategic direction of the organisation, champion cultural change, and edge forward organisational development. Through this appointment, Key Assets are looking to elevate practice, leadership and strategy befitting a national organisation of this scale.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, The Chief of People & Culture will drive business practice across:
- Leading organisational cultural change
- Embedding an enhanced approach to learning and development
- Leading organisational development and design
- Growing and developing practice frameworks across the organisation
About You
For this appointment we are seeking an accomplished and well-rounded executive leader with a demonstrated track record of leading scalable organisational change across a geographically dispersed organisation. You will have experience converting best practice design into practical strategies that result in outcomes and impact for the communities served by Key Assets. You will be driven to elevate organisational development, transformation, talent acquisition and health and safety. The opportunity to lead strategic change management across all levels of the organisation will excite you greatly.
With demonstrated experience providing leadership and guidance to State Directors and their teams, you will be able to provide relevant examples of influencing and negotiating with senior leaders on a wide range of issues, driving cultural change and enhancing learning and development.
