About the Opportunity
HammondCare is seeking a Chief People Officer to join the executive team. Leading a diverse People and Culture function, the Chief People Officer will contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation, championing key workforce initiatives and edge forward workforce innovation. Through this appointment, HammondCare are looking to assemble a leading people function partnering the operational leadership and strategic wherewithal befitting of an organisation of this scale.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, The Chief People Officer will drive business practice across;
- Advancing recruitment performance
- Enhancing customer service centricity
- Embedding organisational values into the fabric of workforce
- Elevating workforce technology platforms
- Leading complex industrial relations
- Workforce engagement and retention programs
An accomplished professional and well-rounded Executive leader, you will have comparable functional experience gained in a complex service delivery environment. You will be driven to elevate the access and quality of care services among the elderly and vulnerable. With a demonstrated track record of operating on a national scale, you will be able to provide relevant examples of embedding cultural reform, prioritising the client journey and enhancing recruitment and retention practices.
