Working with one of Australia's largest and leading community care providers, our client is a highly regarded and innovative organisation providing services across aged care, disability and allied health.
Currently experiencing significant transformation due to the shifting nature of the market, the company is now entering another exciting period of growth.
As a Sales Consultant you will be on the road, building relationships and business for the organisation.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a successful track record in sales with the ability to translate clinical information across different audiences.
The Role
Reporting directly to the National Head of Sales, the Clinical Sales Consultant is responsible for generating sales through new customer acquisition within the region.
A highly autonomous position, this individual will be on the road, following provided leads and completing in-home assessments to ensure services provided meet the needs and life goals of the customer.
This candidate will have an understanding on the importance of being sales driven and holding exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to take initiative and make critical decisions.
The Candidate
We are seeking a personable, self-motivated and results driven clinical sales professional. The successful candidate will need to work well in an autonomous environment, be sympathetic to varying care needs, whilst building rapport quickly.
To be considered for this opportunity the candidate must have a:
- Current Registered Nursing registration
- Proven track record in a hard sales environment
- Current Australian divers' licence
