The Opportunity
Representing one of our nation's first community care providers, we are seeking an experienced Community Care Manger to assist with the successful implementation of care for their home services arm. Entering a rapidly expanding business, experiencing consecutive double digit growth, the successful candidate will be comfortable operating within an expanding business. Partaking in the growth of the organisation, the successful applicant will be responsible for instigating learning and development programs for field staff as well as working with State Managers to instigate new business opportunities.
The Role
Assisting the National Care Manager and State Business Manager, your goal will be improving the organisations awareness of care packages and increasing overall proficiency of infield staff. With intimate knowledge of the organisations care packages you will assist the business identify and improve inefficiencies within its care offering. With several in-field employees reporting into you and a great responsibility to head office, this role will best suit an individual determined to increase the proficiency of care for its customer base.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have;
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within similar role duties.
- AHPRA Registered Nurse accreditation. (RN - Div 1).
- A current nationally approved driver license.
- Experience creating and hosting staff training workshops.
- History of assisting with
- Extensive knowledge of aged care legislation, CDC and NDIS.
