During this exciting growth and transformation period, we are seeking a Customer Care Manager to join the team in the Bayside Region, Victoria.
This individual will be focused on spearheading business development, driving and promoting all Client Services including; Day Programs, Respite Centres, Accommodation Services, Community Services and Allied Health across the catchment.
Reporting directly into the State Manager, as a Customer Care Manager, you will be on the road, building relationships and driving business for the organisation.
The Customer Care Manager will be a key component of the team, establishing and prompting the business, engaging and providing advice to a wide variety of audiences including potential clients, carers, parents and families on a range of disability services and access requirements.
We are seeking a personable, self-motivated and results-driven sales professional. The successful candidate will need to work well in an autonomous environment, be sympathetic to varying care needs, whilst building rapport quickly and tactfully.
This role will suit an individual with a positive attitude who prides themselves on delivering person-centred care and achieving individual outcomes through service excellence.
- Proven experience in either sales or business development would be highly regarded
- Previous experience making cold sales
- Ability to interact with all key stakeholders associated with this position Must have an unrestricted VIC drivers' licence
- Highly regarded and reputable organisation
