The Opportunity

An exciting and rare opportunity to join one of Australia's leading aged care providers in a key regional location. We are seeking an experienced Facility manager looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity to take ownership of a medium sized high-care facility.

This Facility Manager will have demonstrated experienced in ACFI, driving staff retention, and occupancy rates whilst adhering to the high-quality standards of the organisation. With an attractive remuneration package and bonus on offer, this role would suit an exceptional team leader motivated to drive large scale change.

The Candidate

  • The successful candidate will have;
  • Current Nurse Registration
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in management.
  • Strong knowledge of aged care legislation
  • Experience running ACFI projects/assessment, and running an accreditation process.
  • Management skills including recruitment, performance management and rostering.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Utmost respect, empathy and a passion for aged care.
