The Opportunity

Representing one of Australia's leading not-for-profit aged care providers seeking a seasoned Facility Manager located in the picturesque Eastern Suburbs. Overseeing this large sized facility, this person will be responsible for the continuing excellence of their service offering.

Leading an established clinical team, this person will bring a strong quality pedigree and sound ACFI exposure. Offering an attractive remuneration package, this role will best suit someone looking to work within a leading provider and truly take ownership of a flagship facility.

The Candidate

• The successful candidate will have:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in management.
• Sound knowledge of aged care legislation, ACFI and the accreditation process.
• Exposure to new resident business process.
• Management skills including recruitment, performance management and rostering.
• Quality and process improvement exposure
• Utmost respect, empathy and a passion for aged care.
