About the Opportunity

HammondCare at Home offers home care across NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD. They provide services so that older people can continue to enjoy life and remain in their own home supported by a consistent team of trained carers. Currently providing services to over 9,200 clients across 26 locations, the HammondCare home care business will conduct over 550,000 home care visits every year.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, HammondCare are seeking a General Manager Home Care to oversee their Home Care business nationally. We are seeking an experienced operational leader with exposure to taking a business through a journey of growth where the client remains the key focus. The General Manager Home Care will drive business practice by;

  • Advancing the performance of the HammondCare at Home business
  • Enhancing client experience in line with best practice care
  • Identifying opportunities for partnership, growth and expansion
  • Leading complex problem solving and strategic impact initiatives from design, to implementation and review.
  • Driving the enablement and integration of technology for the Home Care portfolio

About You

This individual will bring substantial commercial leadership and comparable functional experience gained in a complex human service or healthcare driven environment. They will have a track record of driving innovation through business practices and building high quality service delivery structures.
