Our Executive Search practice works horizontally across our business to deliver on senior leadership appointments at the C-Suite and Board level.
We are currently seeking an experienced consultant to lead our Executive Search practice and further elevate our offering in the market. With an established practice and network already in existence, a key mandate of this position will be to develop deeper relationships at the executive level and grow the practice further through both personal origination and account management. As a new role within the organisation, there is significant opportunity to create a successful business unit in a supportive environment.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Executive Search will;
- Leverage their commercial experience, account management and business development skills to build a high-functioning business.
- Work in close collaboration with our practices to deliver on senior leadership mandates end to end, providing exceptional client and candidate experience.
- Actively build strong relationships at the senior leadership level across a range of business settings including those privately owned, publicly listed and for-purpose.
- Provide expertise, advice, and consultation to identify and promote solutions to solve talent pain points within our client cohort.
As a senior leader within the business, this role will directly lead and mentor a support team to achieve both individual and group goals.

The successful candidate will bring a demonstrated track record of origination and growth within a senior recruitment role managing a budget. With a great culture in place, you will have the ability to work both independently and within a team, providing mentorship and leadership to more junior colleagues.
