Our Government, Health and Hospitals practice is growing and fast becoming industry leading. To assist with this growth we are currently seeking an experienced and driven recruitment/executive search consultant to lead our Health and Hospitals portfolio.
With an established practice and network already in place, a key mandate of this position will be to develop deeper relationships across the executive leadership team and grow the practice further through both original origination and account management.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Health and Hospitals will:
- Leverage your commercial experience, account management and business development skills to grow our footprint across the health sector, utilising existing and developing new relationships;
- Lead and deliver on mandates in a 360-degree capacity, leveraging your own research and delivery skills as well as resources within the business including research and administrative support;
- Work in close collaboration with the Practice and broader business to deliver outstanding outcomes to our clients; and
- Provide expertise, advice, and consultation to identify and promote solutions to solve talent pain points within our client cohort.
As a leader within the business, this role will develop and mentor a support team below to achieve both individual and group goals.

The successful candidate will bring a demonstrated track record of high-quality service delivery gained in a senior recruitment role managing a challenging budget, and commercial curiosity. You will have the confidence to hold relationships at the senior leadership level across the sector, and have a track record of successfully engaging senior leaders to secure and deliver on senior mandates. Previous exposure to the human services sector would be well regarded but not essential.
