The opportunity to work for a fast-growing boutique aged care provider, this role is for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple sites.

Working closely with internal and external staff, this person will be responsible for the management of reactive and programmed maintenance, as well as completion of minor building projects.

With familiarity of building maintenance services, the successful candidate will possess strong communication and organisation skills to deal with internal and external technicians and trades.

The candidate will:

• Have a trade background. A current White Card is desirable
• Basic understanding of Australian Health and Safety Standards
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
