An exciting opportunity to work for a leading non-for-profit disability provider during a time of significant growth. Acting as the face of the organisation the successful individual will oversee three sites, ensuring therapeutic support based on education, counselling, safety and risk prevention.
The Opportunity
With an overall team of 36, and 4 Team Leaders, the successful candidate must be able to maintain and build strong relationships with partners and government funding bodies, work with budgeting and cost allocation and streamline current systems to ensure identification, re-education and integration. This role will suit a highly motivated and passionate individual who can listen, learn and build rapport.
The Candidate:
To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following:
- A minimum of five years of management experience
- Exposure to female only services
- Strong communication skills
- Budgeting experience
