Looking for a driven and passionate candidate to re-establish the workforce plan by providing strategic advice and direction for the clinical services to deliver a wholistic solutions across the district.

The successful individual will foster a multidisciplinary approach to care with a focus on the total patient experience while ensuring service delivery is based on best practice.

• A comprehensive understanding of clinical governance and the current nursing and midwifery issues.
• Current AHPRA Registered
• Extensive experience at senior nursing management level in a teaching/tertiary acute hospital setting.
• Proven leadership ability and demonstrated evidence of achieving innovative change within a quality improvement and change management framework.
