The Role

Working primarily on nursing appointments, this role will focus on:

• Running end to end recruitment processes and projects by taking the lead on roles
• Candidate identification - Assess candidates against specified job criteria
• Candidate management - Regular communication with talent - both passive and active
• Providing innovation to sourcing strategies

Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 2 years experience working within a HR or recruitment environment - with an emphasis on nursing recruitment experience
• A sound understanding of nursing qualifications and awards - including AHPRA
• Excellent phone manner with CRM experience building candidate talent pools
• Energetic, organised, resourceful, and enjoy exceeding goals.
