Our client is a multi-site services business with a workforce of 4000+ and heavy EA environment. They are a market leader within their segment and recognised for their high quality of service, innovation and high-performance culture. Due to a restructure, they are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Financial Director, you will enjoy being an integral member of the finance team. Leading and managing a team, your core responsibilities include managing the fortnightly and monthly payroll process utilising Kronos and Chris21, ensuring all relevant awards are met, working with managers across the business to ensure accurate and timely input of data and identifying and driving process/system efficiencies.
Given the nature of the role, we are seeking a Payroll Manager with experience in complex EAs / EBAs. This experience will have been gained in a multi-site service-based environment with a similar sized workforce.
In order to be successful, you will be proactive, results focused and have strong attention to detail. You will also enjoy leading and developing a team through a period of change.
