An exciting opportunity has become available for a proven Project Manager to join the Strategy & Technology team, with the potential to be based in a number of possible locations across the LiveBetter sites in Central West region. Reporting to the Executive General Manager of Strategy & Technology, the successful candidate will work closely with a variety of stakeholders including that of the PMO in order to successfully drive the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System project activities in alignment with the approved business strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Project;
Ensure LiveBetter strategy and roadmap alignment;
Ensuring organisational best practice Project Management methodology;
Collaboration with internal resources and coordinate third parties/vendors;
Ensure the appropriate and accurate delivery of the CRM project;
Perform necessary risk management to minimize project risks;
Work in partnership with the Business Analyst.
As an experienced Project Manager, you will possess:
Relevant Tertiary qualifications and/ or relevant applied industry experience in Project Management;
Demonstrated experience leading complex technology projects, preferably utilising Agile
Passion for meeting project goals and objectives with a strong sense of ownership;
Ability to generate and explain detailed schedules, with a high level of accuracy;
Able to build strong trusted relationships with key stakeholders, whilst engaging and motivating employees;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict management, presentation and negotiation skills;
High degree of self-motivation.
