About the role
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the successful application will be responsible for running an active desk, with high volume Lifestyle Assistant recruitment, as well as other, more senior roles (Allied Health specialists, Customer Care Managers etc), as well as shared services type roles (finance, marketing etc when needed).
Working with a business partnering focus with stakeholders and hiring managers, this role will be responsible for designing and running all recruitment campaigns, including talent sourcing, interviewing and assessment, arranging pre-employment checks and assisting with effective employee onboarding.
This role will be based in South Western Sydney.
We are seeking an experienced recruiter with the ability to manage high volume, end-to-end recruitment campaigns across varied role types on a consistent basis. Essential is the ability to work to tight deadlines. Experience within a labour hire or RPO organisation would be highly desirable. A strong communicator, the successful candidate will have the ability to effectively lead a team and engage with stakeholders to negotiate positive outcomes and resolve conflict.
