About You
This role involves leading a team, providing high-level clinical care, assessing the clinical needs of residents and developing quality care strategies and care planning. We are now seeking Registered Nurses with 3 or more years of experience for a range of different opportunites within the Aged Care industry. Work closely with a collaborative team of driven professionals. The successful candidate will possess a genuine passion for Aged Care and the care of older Australians and will be experienced in Dementia and wound management. A person-centered care focus is essential. In this role, you will ensure that care is provided within a framework of person‐centered, individualised care with a focus on wellness and companionship for residents. An understanding of the new standards of Aged Care being utilised in the Australian Aged Care industry is essential.
Essential Criteria
- Three or more years of Aged Care experience working in a similar residential environment.
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Solid ACFI and Aged Care Accreditation Standards knowledge.
- Exceptional clinical note-taking ability.
- Ability to respond to evolving incidents as they develop.
- Oversight of medication.
