The Opportunity
Working as a part of an experienced multi-disciplinary team, the Speech Pathologist will plan, monitor, and review client outcomes in line with NDIS funding.
Supporting high-complex clients with ADHD, Autism, Down Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis, Brain Injuries, and Mental Health conditions, there is varied caseload and range of clients, with a majority being within paediatrics.
Working within an Allied Health team, key responsibilities include:
- Development of clients' social and language skills
- Feeding Difficulties and Swallowing Assessments
- Meal-time management plans
- Augmentative and Alternative Communication Assessments
A strong pipeline of client referrals already exists, providing the opportunity to focus on delivering great client outcomes.
About You
As a Speech Pathologist you will have;
- Experience navigating and working within the NDIS system
- A current drivers' licence and willingness to travel to clients (car provided)
- Speech Pathologist Australia (SPA) registration
