Job Description
Working with a leading Australian aged care provider at the forefront of community program this position is designed to build and lead care services with a customer-centric approach.
This role will closely manage the home care offering provided to the wider community with a portfolio of newly acquired customers, including leading a team of four customer care Managers and a team of field nurses.
The successful candidate will drive a sales and services culture within a team of customer care managers and ensure strong clinical pathways are in place. With proven leadership experience, this individual will mentor a team with guidance and direction for the purpose of achieving exceptional customer services to in-home care customers.
The successful candidate will have
- Qualified Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising a team of diverse clinical professionals
- Acfi and accreditation knowledge
- Budget management experience
