Currently experiencing high growth within the sector, this organisation is seeking a Village Manager to oversee one of their village sites. Offering accommodation on site, this position presents as an exciting opportunity for a customer centric manager to take ownership of a highly operating village.
As the Village Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the entire village to ensure the highest level of service to residents, guests and buyers. This role will encompass duties surrounding administration, maintenance, security, safety, reporting and home sales in addition to the overall management of the village.
The successful candidate will possess unquestionable integrity, excellent communication skills and a customer focused approach. Exposure to budgeting and financial management in addition to WHS procedures will also be beneficial.
- Experience working in a customer centric management role within property management, hotel services, retirement living or an alternate service industry
- A proven track record working within a management position overseeing staff, HR, budgets and sales
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant customer service field
- A basic understanding of front office management and grounds maintenance
