The Opportunity

An opportunity to join a leading aged care facility within one of Australia's most liveable cities. This role proves an exciting prospect for a driven Facility Manager to step into a General Manager style remit.

The Role

Responsible for full oversite of the medium-sized facility, the successful candidate will have strong management experience, a clear understanding of risk management, stakeholder engagement, occupational health and safety, whilst ensuring quality services and care are consistently delivered. The chosen candidate will inherit a strong clinical team and will primarily focus on back-end business delivery and strategic planning.


The Candidate

The successful candidate will have;

• Experience as a Manager within aged care or wider health verticals
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Aged care legislation knowledge
