Amanda Halliday, Senior Engagement Manger - Aged Care
Amanda leads our Aged Care Practice supported by a team of functionally aligned research associates below.
Amanda joined the Orchard Talent Group in 2017 as Head of Research. In her fourth year at Orchard, Amanda now leads our national Aged Care Practice.
Amanda has a passion for partnering with clients to solve talent problems and help drive the betterment of care for the elderly. With over five years of recruitment experience, Amanda has assisted in growing our Aged Care offering, and is now personally responsible for more than 100 critical appointments each year across both metropolitan and regional annually.
Prior to joining Orchard, Amanda led the research across both the Public and Private Health Practices at Derwent Search, assisting on senior executive searches for C-suite appointments and senior leadership appointments.
With a degree in Human Resources, Amanda has successfully grown her knowledge within the health sector and utilised her background to innovatively source and attract high calibre talent.
Lillian 'Lil' Evans, Engagement Manager - Aged Care
Lillian ‘Lil’ Evans joined The Orchard Talent Group as a Research Associate in 2017. Specialising in Aged Care mandates since the Orchard Group was founded, Lil has since led search services on over 200 Aged Care appointments.
In her role as Engagement Manager, Lil has continued to refine her skillset and deepen her sector knowledge. At Orchard, Lil provides clients with long-term solutions across clinical and operational leadership roles. She specialises particularly in time sensitive and hard-to-fill clinical roles across residential and community Aged Care.
With a passion for developing strong relationships across candidates within her talent pools, Lil is known for her easy manner and ability to deliver great client outcomes.
