Briaan Llorente, Senior Engagement Manager - Government
Briaan joined The Orchard Talent Group to lead our Government and Corporate Practices. Briaan has a particular focus on supporting government agencies such as the Stronger Communities cluster and Department of Customer Service.
Briaan has a passion for partnering with organisations delivering critical human services and complements this with a well-rounded background, incorporating over 10 years of experience in agency and in-house talent acquisition and management roles. Throughout his career, Briaan has built a reputation for partnering with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, identify solutions and tailor processes to achieve desirable outcomes.
Prior to joining Orchard in 2019, Briaan was Managing Associate for Korn Ferry, responsible for the professional appointments and candidate engagement across the Government, NGO and Education practice.
Briaan is in the process of completing a Master of Business Administration with the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM/UNSW).
