Emma Chapman-Davies, Engagement Manager – Public Health & Hospital
Emma joined the Orchard team in 2018 to lead Clinical and Operational appointments across our Public Health & Hospital Practice.
With a family background in optometry and broader health, Emma has a passion to partner with clients to ensure that they attract and hire, high-impact clinical and operational leaders to deliver great organisational and patient outcomes. She is known for developing strong relationships with stakeholders and providing great candidate care to deliver a transparent and competitive process.
Prior to joining Orchard, Emma led research across both the Public Sector and Health Practice at Derwent Search, assisting on senior executive searches for C-suite appointments and senior leadership appointments.
She holds a Master of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Bachelor of Arts.
