As an Associate Director, Jacqui focuses on Senior Finance and Accounting placements across the care economy. She partners with clients to secure finance professionals whose values and experience align with their own. Jacqui looks for individuals who are strategic, adaptable and able to use insights from the past to drive better decisions, support finance transformation and strengthen organisations, while helping finance leaders build high-performing teams.
Jacqui holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and spent many years working in finance, including as Head of Finance at a community not-for-profit organisation. Drawing on this experience, she has built a respected career in recruitment. Jacqui connects authentically with clients and candidates, bringing sector knowledge and a genuine commitment to creating positive experiences and meaningful outcomes for both.
