Karlie plays a key role in strengthening the operational infrastructure that supports Orchard’s delivery model. She leads the internal recruitment strategy for the business and manages key operational projects, while also supporting the design and implementation of processes, onboarding programs and systems training. Working closely with leaders and consultants, Karlie ensures teams are supported, equipped and empowered to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients and candidates alike.

With close to 10 years’ experience across recruitment and account management, Karlie brings a practical, collaborative approach to problem solving and process design. She is known for her ability to build trusted relationships, embed structure in growing teams and support positive cultural outcomes through care, consistency and continuous improvement.
