The opportunity
Reporting to the regional leadership team and leading the Armidale residential home, the General Manager will:
- Lead resident experience, customer service and community engagement across the village
- Manage quality, accreditation readiness, risk, WHS and care governance
- Oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance and workforce planning to ensure the village thrives
- Foster a positive, values-led culture focused on safety, respect, inclusion and continuous improvement
About you
- You are an experienced leader from aged care or a comparable complex service environment
- Proven capability in managing budgets, teams, compliance and continuous improvement
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confident overseeing resident care, WHS, risk management and accreditation requirements
- Collaborative, people-first leader who models RFBI’s values; RN qualification highly regarded but not essential
