The opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Manager and working alongside 5 other Area Managers, you will provide leadership, coaching and operational oversight across a portfolio of 11 early learning centres in Perth. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting Centre Managers in delivering high quality education and care through operational success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coaching and supporting Centre Managers to build engaged, high-performing and values-aligned teams
- Driving consistent quality, child safety and regulatory compliance across the portfolio
- Overseeing centre performance across occupancy, workforce, budgets and key operational metrics
- Partnering with support office teams to embed best practice and continuous improvement
- Supporting centre change activity, including new openings, transitions or improvement initiatives
About you
You’re a passionate and proven leader with multi-site experience in early childhood or education and a genuine commitment to quality early learning, safety and strong centre outcomes.
You’ll bring:
- Experience leading multiple sites or teams within early learning
- A coaching-led leadership style with strengths in performance, engagement and accountability
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, WHS and child safety requirements
- Strong Commercial and operational expertise covering staffing, budgets and centre performance
- A relevant qualification in early childhood education
- A collaborative approach that supports consistency and shared success across the organisation
