About the opportunity
Due to growth in our Aged Care practice, we are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team. In this role, you will gain unparalleled access to established client relationships and retained search processes, focused on appointing leaders across residential care, clinical services and corporate functions within the aged care sector.

Orchard offers retained search for all permanent roles, ensuring a dedicated and thorough recruitment process tailored to each client’s needs. Joining Orchard Talent means you’ll have the unique opportunity to deliver senior and sub-executive roles while learning the art and science of executive search directly from experienced Executive Partners. This hands-on mentorship ensures you gain deep expertise while working alongside leaders shaping the future of aged care.
