The opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Operations Leader and leading a team of educators, the Campus Director will:
- Uplift culture and mentor a team, creating an engaged, confident environment
- Drive compliance, behaviour management, and quality outcomes across all rooms
- Strengthen family engagement and lead meaningful community partnerships
- Support occupancy growth through quality practice and service delivery
- Partner with education specialists and organisational leaders to ensure strong educational outcomes
About you
You are an experienced early childhood leader who thrives in dynamic, hands-on environments. You will bring:
- A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and significant leadership experience
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and uplift younger educators
- Experience managing compliance, QIP, and regulatory requirements
- Confidence in navigating challenging family conversations and building trust
- Strong operational skills across staffing, budgeting, and reporting
