The opportunity
Living My Way is seeking a strategic, inclusive and hands-on Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through its next phase of sustainable growth and transformation.
Reporting to the Board, the CEO will:
- Deliver on the organisation’s strategic plan and business model for future growth
- Provide strong financial and operational leadership with a clear focus on member outcomes
- Drive a values-based and inclusive culture with a collaborative Executive team
- Oversee innovation and implementation of systems to improve service delivery and workforce effectiveness
- Represent the organisation externally, strengthening stakeholder relationships and industry reputation
- Ensure excellence in service delivery, compliance, quality, and risk management in line with NDIS standards and other regulatory requirements.
About you
You are a purpose-driven executive with a track record of delivering growth and positive cultural change in human services or the not-for-profit sector.
You will bring:
- Significant senior leadership experience within disability, community, health or allied sectors
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with demonstrated financial and operational oversight
- Deep understanding of the NDIS and regulatory frameworks
- Commitment to human rights, co-design, and meaningful inclusion of people with lived experience
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills
- Experience leading digital transformation or service innovation to enhance customer experience
Tertiary qualifications in business, health, disability, or a related field are desirable.
