The opportunity
As part of Regis’ growth strategy, a new team of Learning and Capability Experts has been introduced Australia-wide to support their goal of enhancing organisation-wide capability. The Clinical Learning Facilitators will support skills development across a wide range of subject areas and workforce segments, with a strong focus on the clinical and care teams.
Reporting to the Organisational Capability Delivery and Operations Manager, this role is instrumental in bringing to life tailored, engaging learning experiences that accommodate diverse learning styles and objectives. As part of a national team committed to levelling up innovation in learning, you’ll play a key role in building a confident, capable workforce that delivers exceptional care and support to Regis residents and clients.
This is a roving position, the portfolio remit is inclusive of all Regis services across NSW/SA, with travel aligning with the educational needs of employees whilst balancing work and life of the team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating a variety of engaging and effective learning across clinical matters, IT systems, soft skills development and frontline management development learning.
- Tailoring delivery for each educational opportunity to suit diverse learning styles and objectives.
- Conducting Train-the-Trainer sessions and supporting skill dissemination through champion networks.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and contribute to annual capability calendars.
- Implementing and evaluating ‘ Learning Transfer Evaluation Models’ to assess impact for content and delivery methods.
- Managing logistics and scheduling in partnership with coordinators and office managers.
- Championing Regis’ strategic goals through capability development and workforce uplift.
- Must hold a Registered Nurse qualification.
- Hold a Cert IV in Training & Assessment or a Diploma in Adult Education (or related discipline).
- NDIS worker checks are required.
- Proven experience facilitating learning across multiple modalities (in-person, digital, on-the-job).
- Skilled in managing group dynamics, providing learner feedback, and adapting delivery to meet objectives.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable using MS Office 365, LMS platforms, and learning technologies.
- Experience in aged care or healthcare sectors is highly regarded.
