About the opportunity
We are seeking a Communications and Engagement Coordinator to help promote Orchard Talent Group’s unique mission and strategic vision. This newly created part time role will play a pivotal part in shaping the way we communicate with stakeholders, tell the Orchard story and deliver engaging, impactful content.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies, coordinating stakeholder events, managing digital channels and creating high-quality written, visual and digital content. This role offers a mix of strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and hands-on delivery.
About you
We’re looking for a motivated, creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills
- Demonstrated experience managing websites, social media and digital content
- Experience planning and delivering stakeholder or corporate events
- Excellent attention to detail, project management and organisational skills
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite
- Competitive salary, commensurate with skills and experience
- Part time role, working 3 days per week
