They provide services in disability, mental health, youth and family support, community development and early childhood education. The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Early Intervention Child, Youth and Family Case Worker, you will:
- Manage up to 12 families, providing early intervention and case management support
- Promote community awareness of mental health, child protection and early intervention
- Work collaboratively with other services to ensure holistic client support
- Travel within Western Sydney (Auburn, Fairfield, Villawood, Liverpool), reimbursed per km
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Sciences, Health or related field
- At least two years’ experience in case management with children, youth or families
- Skilled in facilitating group programs and delivering practical, non-clinical support
- Strong cultural competence, especially working with diverse communities
- Current Working with Children Check, Police Check and valid Driver’s Licence
- SCHADS Level 5 salary with not-for-profit salary packaging benefits
