Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, enabling strong governance, effective leadership and organisational performance.

Riverina Medical & Dental Aboriginal Organisation (RivMed) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation based in Wagga Wagga, delivering culturally safe, comprehensive health services across the Riverina region. RivMed is community owned, values led and committed to improving health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
The opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Assistant plays a critical role in enabling executive effectiveness and organisational governance. The EA will:
• Provide high-level executive, diary and correspondence support to the CEO
• Coordinate Board and committee meetings, agendas and papers
• Act as a trusted liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Support governance, reporting and executive priorities with discretion and care
About you
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or CEOs
• Exceptional organisation, judgement and communication skills
• High level discretion, professionalism and cultural sensitivity
• Experience in health, community or for-purpose sectors desirable
