The opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, this newly created opportunity as Executive Business Partner plays a pivotal role in supporting executive operations and driving key initiatives across the organisation.
- Provide high-level, proactive executive support across a range of strategic and operational priorities.
- Develop high-quality reports, papers, and business cases that inform decision-making and advocacy effort.
- Coordinate special projects, research, and cross-sector partnerships that advance organisational goals.
- Build trusted relationships with internal leaders, government, and external partners to deliver positive outcomes.
About you
Infinity Community Solutions are seeking an experienced professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments, who combines exceptional organisational skills with strategic thinking and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience providing executive or project support within a multi-stakeholder or government-facing environment.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical capability, with the ability to digest complex information.
- Skilled relationship builder who engages confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, discretion, and judgement in handling sensitive information.
