The opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and operating as a key member of the executive leadership team, the Executive – People & Culture will lead the organisation’s end-to-end people strategy and function.
This role will:
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, from attraction and onboarding through to engagement, development and retention
- Drive strategic workforce planning, capability building and succession management
- Strengthen compliance with industrial instruments, legislation and aged care standards
- Lead cultural transformation initiatives that support high-performance and quality care
- Uplift systems, processes and people practices to support organisational growth
About you
You are a commercially astute and values-aligned HR leader with the credibility to operate at executive level.
You will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Strong IR/ER capability, including confident application of Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Proven experience leading organisational change and systems improvement
- Capability in HRIS, workforce analytics and reporting
- Experience in aged care, disability or regulated services (desirable)
- Unrestricted right to work in Australia and current driver’s licence
- NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
