The Opportunity
As a key member of the Executive team, the Executive Manager Operations will play a pivotal role in translating strategic goals into operational success across our aged care portfolio. As part of this you will be responsible for leading the operations in delivering high-quality resident outcomes, maintaining regulatory compliance, achieving financial performance goals, and creating a positive and safe workplace for staff.
The key areas of responsibility for the role include:
- Translating organisational strategy into clear, measurable plans for execution across all operational teams, with a strong focus on accountability and results.
- Embedding a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and person-centred care across the organisation.
- Working in partnership to proactively identify and manage organisational risks and assist in driving organisation-wide quality improvement initiatives that lift resident experience, clinical outcomes, and staff practice.
- Developing organisational readiness for service expansion through structured change management and workforce mobilisation.
- Ensuring operational performance aligns with the commercial growth targets and financial goals.
This is a career-defining opportunity for a senior leader with exceptional capability in managing complex service delivery across multiple locations, navigating regulatory frameworks, and embedding a culture of accountability and excellence.
You are a strategic, values-driven executive with senior leadership experience in residential aged care, health, or community services. With deep knowledge of aged care regulation and operational delivery across complex, multi-site environments, you bring a proven track record of driving cultural transformation, achieving financial results, and leading high-performing teams.
Your strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills support your ability to influence, inspire, and deliver excellence in a fast-evolving sector. Postgraduate qualifications and experience in change management or mergers and acquisitions are highly regarded for this position.
