About the Opportunity
As an Executive Researcher, you will join a well-supported, high-performing and close-knit research team that works alongside some of the most experienced and respected Partners in the Executive Search sector. We welcome expressions of interest from both career researchers and those seeking a meaningful pathway to Partnership through our accelerated progression program.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating closely with Partners to understand business context and job briefs
- Sourcing, engaging and managing executive candidates through the process
- Proactively networking with senior leaders across our core sectors
- Supporting the development of client and candidate reports, including market insights and key data to inform decision-making

About You
We’re looking for an Executive Researcher who takes pride in advancing social purpose and is interested in growing their career while elevating outcomes for our clients.
Key capabilities include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with executive leaders
- Strong organisational skills and acute attention to detail
- A proactive and curious mindset with a desire for continuous learning
- Prior experience in executive search (agency or in-house) preferred
