The opportunity
Reporting to the CEO, the General Manager of Autism Services will oversee the integration and strategic growth of Aspect’s School and Education Services and Individual & Community Services. Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver a holistic strategy across schools and education, NDIS services, and community programs to improve outcomes and participant experience
- Lead a $120M portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth
- Strengthen partnerships with government, education jurisdictions, and other key stakeholders to expand access and influence
- Drive innovation in service delivery, including digital learning, AI-enabled tools, and scalable programs
About you
- Proven senior leadership experience in education, disability, or human services sectors
- Credibility in school leadership, education strategy, or government partnerships
- Strong stakeholder engagement, change management, and people leadership skills
- Understanding of autism-specific services, NDIS, and person-centred approaches
