The opportunity
This role blends commercial leadership, strategic foresight and hands-on execution. Reporting to the CEO – Group Remuneration Services, and leading a national team of senior relationship, sales and business development leaders, the GM Client Engagement will:
- Own and execute the long-term client engagement and growth strategy across GRS
- Drive revenue, retention and participation growth across major contracts and portfolios
- Lead high-value negotiations, tenders, renewals and commercial frameworks
- Strengthen MMS’s market positioning through senior stakeholder, government and industry engagement
About you
You are a commercially astute, high-energy leader who brings structure, clarity and momentum to complex sales environments. You are known for lifting capability, sharpening execution and engaging confidently at senior levels. In addition, you have:
- Senior experience in strategic account management, revenue growth or client leadership
- Strong commercial acumen with confidence in negotiation, forecasting and performance management
- Experience operating across B2B and/or B2G environments, ideally within regulated or policy-heavy sectors
- A leadership style that combines discipline and accountability with collaboration and integrity
